Knots

Ah, for clarity I'd work a long time at thought and humbly thoughts would answer back.
An echo, or, much less often, an internal friend, might return my query, or will without a doubt question itself.
Whatever happened to simple mathematics without wordy variables in English and the language of confusion to taint what was already a problem?
But alas, knots do not untie themselves.
